A back ground in residential construction, experience in the service industry and a desire to explore new challenges has brought Mark Divittorio to owning a real-estate brokerage. Mark’s involvement in the real estate industry began as a home builder. Property development, home design and 18 years of residential construction experience has helped Mark to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business practices, government codes and policies that are integral to the production of real estate. Mark Divittorio Construction had the opportunity to work with several experienced, well respected home builders which gave him exposure to different construction styles and business models. Building homes from the ground up in rural and urban areas of El Dorado County gave Mark the opportunity to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with sub-contractors and material vendors. Carefully maintaining and strengthening those business relationships has proven to be a valuable asset to clients of Divittorio Real Estate!

The focus of Mark’s career and his involvement in real estate changed when he began to sell homes rather than build homes. A back ground of service to the public including residential construction has led Mark into a career as a real estate professional. Strong relationships with brokers and agents have been carefully cultivated so that business negotiations go smoothly when buying and selling real estate.

Mark comes from a large family, the Divittorios. Skills in negotiation were taught at a young age. Strategizing, negotiating, accommodating others needs, problem solving and choosing which battle to fight are skills that were learned early on.

In Mark Divittoiro’s construction tenure he has worked with county inspectors, architects, engineers and owners. Marks’s knowledge and connections are tapped when perspective buyers need an accurate estimate of repairs or a realistic idea of the scope of a project. Mark listens to the needs of buyers and sellers and understands the complexities of putting a deal together that will stick. Careful and calculating, Mark will protect his clients from the real estate pitfalls and guide his clients to success.
